Conversation intelligence, rebuilt around the live call.
For a decade, conversation intelligence has meant post-call conversation intelligence: record the call, transcribe, score it next week, coach it in the next 1:1. Useful — but the deal moves at the speed of the call, not the speed of the review.
The two halves of conversation intelligence
Conversation intelligence has always had two jobs. Most tools do half well.
Half 1 — Reflection
Recordings, transcripts, scorecards, coaching reels, trend analysis across reps and deals. Gong, Chorus, Avoma do this very well.
Half 2 — Leverage
Real-time prompts, in-call coaching, live battlecards, discovery nudges. The seller gets help during the call. Electron does this very well.
Why "live" wasn't possible before
Three things had to land at once for live conversation intelligence to work:
- Streaming transcription with sub-second latency at production scale.
- Real-time intent detection — recognising "this is an objection" or "competitor X mentioned" within seconds of it being said.
- Lightweight retrieval over your battlecards, playbooks and account context, fast enough to surface a prompt before the conversation has moved on.
All three got cheap and reliable in the last 18 months. Electron is built natively on that stack.
What live CI changes
- Coaching loop. From days/weeks (post-call review) to seconds (in-call prompt).
- Ramp time. New reps get expert-level prompts on day one — without waiting for a manager 1:1.
- Playbook adherence. Playbook is enforced in the moment, not audited after the fact.
- Deal velocity. Objections handled correctly the first time stop becoming "we'll think about it" emails.
Standalone or with ApexHunt
Electron's conversation intelligence runs standalone with your CRM and battlecards. Inside ApexHunt, every call carries the deal's full context — buyer map, signals, stage, recommended plays — into the live prompts.
